UPDATE... PLEASE READ

Sorry for the radio silence on here recently, but we've had some things going on in the background.

We would like to let you all know that we will be permanently closing our doors on the 15th May.

It wasn't an easy decision but there have been several factors contributing towards our closure. The roadworks in January/February completed decimated us and it seems to have had a knock on effect - we have noticed less people walking by and less people popping in.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all of our customers, family and friends that have supported us here at The Wonky Attic. We are sad to say goodbye to our little shop but we are so excited for what comes next.

If ypu love your local small businesses - please support them.

We will be closing at 2(ish) today.

We've opened our Pre-loved Pantry up again and we currently have loads of baby and toddler knitwear and boy's clothing 👶👦👧 Every item is £1.00, whatever the size. Why not pop in and take a look?👀

Good morning everyone.

We're so excited that we could get some new stock onto the shelves this week. We've got some gorgeous coasters, bookmarks and badges, made by The Happy Company, and they are ideal little pick me ups for those who may be going through a difficult time with their mental health. We've also got our very popular Gardener's Soap back in stock and we've also got some Shaving Bars, both made by Friendly Soap

Don't forget we still have our local makers Crafts From My Shepherd Hut and Fortune from Fae in store and they'll be here until the end of April. Their makes are wonderful so why not pop in and have a little look.

Good morning everyone. What a beautiful day it's turned out to be in Okehampton today 🌞

We've been adding more stock over the last few days and we have these gorgeous little dried flowers posies. They look so cute in one of The Artful Attic Creative hand painted vases.

We've got more stock to add next week and we can't wait to show you.

We're going to be holding a charity event on Friday 20th March for Greatfield Hedgehog Rescue Okehampton There will be cake and coffee 🍰🍰🧁☕️🫖 so why not come along and support a local charity whilst enjoying some yummy goodies.

Just a reminder that we will be closed tomorrow as Holly and Wendy are attending a local makers market at Tre, Pol & Pen near Launceston. If you're in that neck of the woods tomorrow why not pop along as there is always loads of lovely handmade goodies to see. Plus their coffee and cake are top notch 😋 (we're not obsessed with coffee and cake, honest 🤣)

Good morning everyone.

We'll be a little late opening the shop today as Wendy's car has decided that it doesn't like the hills of Devon and Cornwall and refuses to go up them. Hopefully her hubby can get it going again (so grateful to be married to a mechanic) and we can get those shop doors open.

Hi there everyone.

It looks like Spring is starting to appear and that means thinking about getting outside in the garden. Holly has been busy painting plant pots and they're so blooming gorgeous 😍. She's also painted some indoor vases, which are a lovely addition to her collection. Which one would you choose?

Also, don't forget the lovely Monthly Makers we have in store. Both Crafts From My Shepherd Hut and Fortune from Fae are here until the end of April, so why not pop in and take a look.

Good morning Okie peeps. Hope you're all fine and dandy.

The shop won't be open today as Wendy has got the lurgy that's been doing the rounds 🤧🤒 and would hate to pass it on anone else. Holly will be in tomorrow though, between 10am and 3pm.
