Hello!
So, you may be aware that we have had a bit of a hiccough at Creative Expressions HQ.
My shows tomorrow, Tuesday, will be different from those expected because some of the products for my new release, were held up.
Instead, I am bringing you some very exciting masterclass style shows featuring stencilling techniques and stamping techniques, alongside some amazing offers.
Please join me at 6pm for a stencilling showcase and at 8pm for lots of stamping inspiration.
I can't wait to "play" with some of my favourite products from Crafty Concoctions, Stencil Vault and JRC stamps.
I will be in my element.
Where will you be?

Cards with character – quite literally!

Sue Wilson’s new Vintage Wisdom Collection is all about bringing fun and personality to your cardmaking.

The wonderfully illustrated characters capture those amusing, relatable moments we all recognise, while the witty sentiments help you create a card that feels just right for the person receiving it.

Stamp them, colour them and have fun making each character completely your own!

See Gwen on HobbyMaker, Tuesday 29th September at 5pm & 8pm, for lots of ideas and inspiration using this fabulous new collection.

Who in your family or friendship group would LOVE receiving a card with a bit of cheeky humour?

Wow! What a fabulous Creative Expressions Demo day we had at Craft Bliss on Saturday. So many enthusiastic customers, regulars and newbies, lots of fun and laughter and they certainly kept me on my toes with lots of crafty questions which I loved.
There were a few surprises too.
Oh and lots of spendage going on too.
A huge success and thanks again to Julie & Barry for organising it and inviting me down to Poole again.
We are already searching the diaries, both mine and at HQ, for a future date, so watch this space!
Home again now with my feet up and a nice cup of tea, (made with Yorkshire water - you know 😉).

I’ve been creating with the Scrap Boys Paper Pads ready for Tuesday and they really do make the hard part deciding which side of the paper you’re actually going to cut!

Here’s one of the cards I’ve made with them.

And I have some good news for my fellow paper lovers — the Scrap Boys Paper Pads will be on SALE at HobbyMaker when I’m there!

I’ve been back playing with my Tangram Collection ready for HobbyMaker on Tuesday, and here’s one of the cards I’ve made.

It’s been lovely getting everything out again and having a proper play — sometimes coming back to a collection gives you completely new ideas!

There’s lots more going on behind the scenes at the moment, but I couldn’t resist giving you a little peek at this one.

The preparations for Tuesday are well underway!

There’s always so much more that goes into getting ready for a HobbyMaker show than you see when I’m sitting at the counter.

Deciding what I want to demonstrate, getting everything together, checking I haven’t forgotten anything… and then checking it all again

I’m taking Tangram back with me this time, so I’ve been busy planning what I want to show you.

Not long to go now!

I can finally tell you where I’m off to next week…

I’m going back to HobbyMaker!

I’ll be there on Tuesday 15th September, and I’m really looking forward to being back in the studio.

There’s always a mixture of excitement and nerves before a live show, but once I get crafting I absolutely love it.

I’ve got plenty to get organised before Tuesday, so I’d better get back to it!
