How gorgeous are these photos!

Billy Jo has just sent over these incredible photos from her wedding last November at Holmes Mill, captured by .haywoods.photography, along with some lovely words about her flowers.

And honestly… if these photos don’t say autumn wedding, I don’t know what does! 🍂🧡 -
“We had the most perfect day, and your beautiful floral displays played such a huge part in making the venue look so incredible. We received so many compliments from our guests about the flowers, especially the buttonholes. The vibrant orange flowers were my personal favourite and really stood out.

I also couldn’t believe how gorgeous my bridal bouquet was when I first saw it. It was everything I had hoped for and more.

I can’t thank you both enough for being so amazing throughout the whole process and for bringing my vision to life even better than I could ever have imagined. Your creativity, attention to detail, and hard work made such a difference to our day, and we are so grateful.

Thank you again for everything. We will always look back on our wedding flowers with such happy memories.

Creating funeral flowers is always a great honour, but every so often a tribute comes along that is especially personal.

Today we were asked to create flowers that reflected a farmers lifetime’s passion, and it was a privilege to help tell that story through flowers. The family have kindly given us permission to share both the photographs and the lovely words they sent afterwards, and we wanted to share them with you too. 🥬

Dear Claire,

On behalf of all the family, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you for the beautiful floral tribute you created for Alan’s funeral.

The arrangement was absolutely stunning, and the inclusion of the lettuce, celery and tomatoes made it so personal and meaningful. Alan was a lettuce grower from Tarleton all his life, and the display reflected him perfectly.

It brought together the things he loved and spent his life doing, and helped us give him the send-off he deserved. We know he would have been absolutely chuffed to see it.

Thank you for listening to our ideas and creating something so special. The flowers were admired by everyone and were a wonderful tribute to Alan.

It’s .flowers.week from 15–21 June, and we’re thrilled to be taking part.

You can join us on Saturday 20th June from 10-12 noon for a British flower bud vase workshop . The cost is £49 and includes all materials, including flowers and vases, refreshments and expert tuition. It will be a lovely fun and relaxed morning. Rebekah has just shared these gorgeous photos from her Liverpool wedding, beautifully captured by .

For her bridal party, Rebekah chose a lovely, modern approach, with each bridesmaid carrying a bouquet featuring a single flower variety, while her own bouquet was filled with a little bit of everything for a beautifully natural, gathered look.

We absolutely loved creating these flowers and being part of such a special day.

I’ve done my usual trick and forgotten to take photos of everything! 🤦‍♀️

But I did at least remember to get my camera out for a few snaps from yesterday’s beautiful wedding at Parrs Bank Hotel. 💐✨

A lovely mix of romantic blooms, soft colours and plenty of seasonal flowers heading off to celebrate a very special day.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and thank you for letting me be part of it. 🤍
