Here's a simple refreshing update to a sitting room and the dining room. My client chose a fabric by ILIV in a lovely sage colourway to introduce some soft colour. We've kept the same style of curtains, as they suit the windows and room usage very well. We supplied new brass rings for the pole, and cleaned both the pole and track to enable smooth running, which in turn reduces the stress on the curtains. Something very simple can make a such a difference.

It's always nice to be asked to work with other local businesses. This was a pretty project.

Scatter cushions. They add comfort and colour to a room.

But what size do you like and where do you put them? From large floor one's, a decorative selection on the bed, smaller ones to snuggle up to on the sofa or your favourite chair. Maybe on a window seat.

Today is Blue Monday, so to chase thise blues away, here's a little project we completed last year with a blue patterned Scion Living fabric, that has a lovely pop of yellow to brighten up any window.

The single eyelet curtain at the patio doors allow ease of access, and no damage to the curtain.

The Roman blind is mounted on a child safety system. Both the blind and curtain are thermal lined, which helps keep warmth in during Winter and reduces heat during Summer. A win all round!.

Creating a relaxing environment to sleep in is very important. Your bed is the most important factor, but colour is key, and for some, a dark environment is vital.
Choose soft, muted tones and simple lines to help keep it clutter free.

Here we've used Romo's Elvey fabric for double pleat curtains at the main window, and a Roman blind for the roof recessed window. A simple, elegant Neo pole ensures smooth running of the curtains, and it suits the calm scheme perfectly. We've added blackout lining for that all important undisturbed sleep.
Small matching cushions to go on the bed or a chair, add that finishing touch.

Wave curtains and Roman blinds compliment each other, with their simple lines and soft folds.
A small print on the blinds adds enough interest to the scheme, without being overpowering, whilst the plain, lightly textured curtains are elegant.
The low profile track is discreet, and corded for ease of use, and the Roman blinds are mounted on child safety systems.
