So we have finally decided to rebrand slightly to better reflect the work we have been doing!

We will still be able to help you with smaller handyman type tasks but as we spend the majority of our time doing more substantial work we felt the new name of Mark's Building & Maintenance suits us much better!

So if you need our help with any projects from kitchen or bathroom fitting, through decorating or a garden makeover right down to a door fixing or new tap fitting then give us a call! We are always happy to provide a no obligation quote and answer any questions.

There is still no job too small, but equally we are happy to help with bigger projects and any building work you may have

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WORKS 🔨 It might be cold outside but we still do a mixture in interior and exterior projects and maintenance for our customers throughout the year 👍

From kitchen/ bathroom/ utility installations to renovations of business premises, we have landscaped, built decking, installed cladding on properties, refreshed customers living spaces, and installed space saving storage solutions. HOME IMPROVEMENTS FOR PET OWNERS 🐾 Some of our most longstanding clients, who we go back and do work for several times a year have pets, and in particular dogs. We are huge dog lovers over here at Mark's Handyman and Van and both of us in the main team have Doggo's of our own. If you have an anxious or reactive pet and want changes or repairs to your property, the idea of getting someone in to do home improvements can be really stressful 🙁

We are here to help, if you have a pet and are nervous of having work done, please be assured that when we come over to quote for your work we can discuss this and we will listen to any of your concerns, and will discuss/follow any instructions you have if we are working in or outside your house whilst your pet is there. Whether your pet needs to be left to themselves to keep them calm, or would love a good fuss from us - we have got you covered 👍

Here is a little snaps of my (Mark's) two Border Collies, Nib & Scout from our Christmas Break. (Both of whom love a good bark when people arrive to our house, but also love a lot of fuss once your in the door 🐶) Plus us doing exterior works for one of our dog owning clients yesterday.

This job has included full interior painting, building works to change floorplan to suit the customers needs, flooring, full exterior painting, signage installation, waste removal, tiling, installation of fire doors and the customers display equipment and much, much more.

A huge shout out to Dead tools LTD - Torbay - our cement mixer broke down in the middle of a job - they collected, fixed and got it back to us the same day!
