Happy Father's Day...

My own Dad helped shape my love for nature, he was a fantastic gardener and fisherman and, even though he passed away decades ago, the passion for wildlife, flowers and the outdoors he transferred to me has always been a comfort throughout my life.

Whether today has been filled with BBQs in the garden or a cold beer or two outside the pub, I know that for some it can be really a tough day, so whatever you have been up to, if you've found it a challenging day, I hope you have found a quiet moment to find some time for yourself!

The road through the village has been closed for a few weeks now and it’s really taken its toll - footfall has been very quiet and sadly I’ve had to throw away far too many beautiful, fresh flowers that should have been going out in bouquets.

Well, it’s been a challenging few weeks with the road closures in the village!

We wanted to remind our lovely customers that we remain open and access to the shop is still possible despite the roadworks!

The small businesses of Parbold still need your support throughout the roadworks so please be patient and come and say hello, or feel free to get in touch to arrange a delivery.

Oops, we went a bit quiet on socials… but the flowers didn’t stop blooming 🌷

We’ve been busy behind the scenes designing and delivering beautiful bouquets, we’ve also been trusted to carefully craft several funeral tributes across the last few weeks - a true honour to be part of such meaningful moments.
