I've always enjoyed crafting and do a fair amount of arts and crafts in my day job as a Nanny. The messier the better! After a positive response from friends and family I have now decided to offer up my wooden hand painted craft shapes to you. I currently have items suitable for Easter available to order and I will be adding more items shortly so please keep an eye on my page and feel free to get

-Payment
Payment for all orders is at point of sale not at point of dispatch. Payment is made using PayPal.
-Shipping
At this time I am unable to offer shipping but I do hope to introduce this in the near future. Local collection or delivery within 10miles of Peebles, Scottish Borders is available.
-Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you are happy with your item(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund or exchange.
-Conditions of return are as follows:
- All items must be in the same condition as you’ve received it and returned in its original packaging
- The customer must inform me within 14 days of receiving an item if they would like a refund or exchange. Then a further 14 days to return the item after notifying me.
- Once I have received the returned item a refund or exchange will be issued to you within 7 days
- Personalised or custom items are excluded from returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged.
-Processing Time
Processing time varies depending on the item and time of the year. I can provide a timeframe at the time of your order. If you require an item by a specific date please let me know and I will do my best to meet your requirements.
-Advertising
Orson Crafts reserve the right to use photographs of your personalised items for my page at any time. Your names and details will be visible on these. Any other personal details, such as phone numbers and address will never be shown.
-Privacy and DATA PROTECTION
All details requested by Orson Crafts, will be kept confidential and not made available to any other company or individual. Full details of my Privacy Policy are available in the about section.
