In the most ‘me’ move of all time, I’ve totally abandoned the guest bedroom project at approximately 75% completion so I can squeeze every last possible moment of joy out of summer. Here’s a lil rundown of what’s still up in the air ☁️
We’ve got loads of window trim to install—isn’t it so beautiful?? Completely worth the effort.
I’m also playing a rousing game of Musical Lamps where I steal lighting from other rooms and make zero decisions about what stays.
Our new hobby is laying on the bed, looking out the new window and discussing landscaping—and the weird mysterious pipe.
Said mystery pipe.
I’m pretty sure guests would appreciate having a door at some point.

She’s perfect and she’s over it.
Currently battling the feeling that everything must be new, when in fact the old bedding is just fine for now.
