Hello everyone. Some of you may have noticed we have been setting up for the very first Birnam Village Market, taking place in the hotel car park from 11am-3pm. The market is separate from Santa Day, and the hope is to make it a regular community event on the last Saturday of each month.

The market is all about bringing together local growers, makers, producers and sellers, with stalls offering locally grown produce, handmade and artisan goods, vintage, antiques and secondhand finds, alongside street food and coffee. We hope it’ll become a lovely addition to the village calendar — a chance to support local businesses and producers and meet neighbouring makers in Birnam each month.

You can find out more on the dedicated Instagram account, where there’s a link in the bio to some slides outlining the vision for the market and the kinds of stallholders we hope to bring together. https://www.instagram.com/birnam_village_market/
We hope some of you can make it along on your way to or from the Games tomorrow. Thanks!
