Just a small job done at the end of the working day here in Stamford.
New storage units fitted and carpet just needing to be re-fitted in front.
Don't panic on the last pic, looks like a wave machine of carpet, it's an old cottage and that effect is from the not so level up & down thick floorboards.😉👍

A small kitchen floor fitting of Alberta Estilo water resistant 8mm laminate in a Bleached Oak colour, with matching coloured beading which only needed to be fitted on the ends of the new kitchen side panels.
Another happy customer left loving there new flooring😉👍

The usual materials used to screed the floor, Ardex P51 Primer, Arditex CL smoothing compound screed & Ardex Feather Finish.

Then fitting of a Luvanto Design LVT Gluedown in a Priory Oak colour.

Job measured from 50mm out from walls, normally from the front legs of the kitchen unit, as a new kitchen waiting to be installed all around with a breakfast bar.

Decided to fit the LVT all over before the install of the new kitchen, customer had a quarter of a pack left over from previous installation, but as u can see in the pic unfortunately run out, BUT...at least u will never see it as it'll be at the back of the kitchen units underneath, another happy customer 😉👍

Abit of a Déjà vu here in Bedford, customer un-happy with previous flooring that for some reason had developed water damage and caused in some places to lift, hadn't been down at all for long!!

Luckily still got the extra full fitting costs for this job which was the same 8mm laminate with new underlay but in a different colour🤔 the only pain was uplifting the old as alot of perfectly good planks.

Main bar floor replaced on a budget, but did what we can to make sure they will get a long-term wear out of it.
Old floor uplifted and disposed of, ideally floor needed to be plyboarded but as I said this was done on a budget.
Floor primed, feather finish used to whole of the floor then rubbed down, and then using a F-Ball F44 adhesive to fit a Polyflor Standard safety flooring in a Pine Green colour and then sealed around the edges with a clear cloudy silicon.

Customer very happy with the outcome, and does certainly look so much better😉👍🍺
