Our client came to us with a plot of land they had purchased with an extant planning permission for a small-ish house. A rural area, outside the settlement boundary. We were asked to design a bespoke home and following an in-depth client consultation, Mark designed this property to fit the clients desires. A new build home, on a plot purchased with an extant planning permission for a much smaller house, in a rural area outside the settlement boundary (in other words, hard to get planning on, generally), we were asked to design a new home, increase its size ( considerably) and design a bespoke home, with a self contained annexe, stables, outbuildings.

A longstanding client came to us with a plot he had purchased and wished to have a bespoke house designed to suit them and their family. We went through the site evaluation, design, planning and technical stages with building regs, and have just got consent for new stables.
