Limiting beliefs are like invisible chains, holding us back from our true potential. For years, I believed I wasn’t capable of achieving my dreams. But then I discovered the power of visualisation. I’d close my eyes and see myself living the life I wanted—free, successful, and happy. 😊
The more I visualised, the more real it became, and those chains began to break 🙌🏻
If you’re struggling with limiting beliefs, try this:

1. Future-Self Visualisation: Close your eyes and imagine the best version of yourself. Picture how she feels, what she’s achieved, and how she overcomes challenges.
