This has to stop Facebook needs to get a handle on this. Fraudsters are using blackmail to extract money from business owners, if they don't pay they'll leave a bad review. So far
Deaton Installations Ltd are being threatened
Prime Surface Repairs have been hit
Wider companies
Lee Harris have had the same. To name but a few.

For this reasons I'm turning off my reviews.

Heres a screen shot of my 305 genuine and positive fb reviews.

Meta AI arnt removing them, despite being extremely obvious!!!!

If you like to see my reviews prior to booking work in happy to turn them back on for a brief period, or send screen shots.

But until this s**t show blows over.

Reviews will remained switched off.

I dont take this decision lightly, as pride myself on transparency, and goes against the grain and advice I give to people to try and find a reputable company.

When our friends over at JESS Electrical & Security bent over backwards to help me in need, and they advise they got a leaky shower. Time to match expectations and reseal it all up for them. Did the toilet whilst I was there as well for them. Never perfect, but always tidy.
