Supporting a veteran living with PTSD can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Stronger Together is a free webinar series from Combat Stress designed to support the families, partners and friends of veterans. Led by mental health professionals, the sessions provide practical advice and guidance to help people better understand the impact trauma can have on both veterans and those closest to them.

Beginning on Friday 3 July and continuing every Friday throughout July, the series covers topics including PTSD and trauma, communication, healthy boundaries and looking after your own wellbeing while supporting someone else. It also offers the opportunity to hear from others in similar situations and feel part of a supportive community.
