Two Bedroom Flat – Complete Flooring Transformation

Another full flooring project completed, giving this two-bedroom flat a fresh, modern finish throughout.

We fitted herringbone felt-backed vinyl across the lounge, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and WC. The felt backing provides added durability and comfort, while the herringbone design gives the whole space a stylish, contemporary look.

🛏️ Both bedrooms were fitted with new carpets, installed over fresh underlay and gripper, creating a softer, more comfortable feel underfoot.

To finish everything off, we installed new door bars throughout, giving the flooring transitions a clean, neat and professional finish.

A brilliant transformation to this staircase using this premium Hugh Mackay striped carpet in the colour Woodland.

The mix of natural, earthy tones works perfectly with the green feature wall and black woodwork, giving the stairs a really smart, modern finish while still feeling warm and homely.

Another herringbone LVT installation completed 👌

The existing subfloor was fully prepared before applying a smoothing compound throughout, creating a smooth surface ready for the new flooring.

The LVT was then carefully set out and installed in a herringbone pattern, giving the room a really smart finish with plenty of character. The warm wood tones work perfectly in this space and completely transform the room.

✨ Ground Floor LVT Transformation ✨

Another quality installation completed by BS Floors! 👌

For this project we installed a beautiful Dryback LVT floor throughout the entire ground floor, creating a seamless flow from the hallway through to the kitchen and living areas.

As with every installation, the preparation is just as important as the finished floor. Before laying a single plank we:

✔️ Uplifted the existing flooring
✔️ Thoroughly prepared the subfloor by applying a smoothing compound throughout the entire downstairs to create a perfectly level surface
✔️ Installed the LVT using the correct professional adhesives for a long-lasting finish

The chosen LVT features a 0.55mm wear layer, making it ideal for busy homes and providing excellent long-term durability. The bevelled edges add definition to each plank, creating a realistic timber appearance with a premium finish.

The result is a hard-wearing, low-maintenance floor that completely transforms the look and feel of the home while being built to withstand everyday life.
