Announcement!
After some speculation and uncertainty over recent weeks, I wish to clarify the position of our business moving forward. As some people may have heard, initially we had come to an agreement with Mother Earth Crystals to gradually integrate into our shop with an eventual goal for us to withdraw from the shop entirely to enjoy our plan of retirement. This was the stated aim of Mother Earth Crystals on it's social media platforms. The shop would retain the supply of many of your favorite products, but with the added introduction of the core products and services of the new owner eventually trading under their own name.
Unfortunately, we now feel that this would not be a good fit and that we will not be proceeding with this project. We wish Toni all the best for whichever direction she chooses to take. As always, we strive to encourage small independent businesses in this difficult economic climate.
Traditional this is a quiet period of the year, but I want to emphasize that we are not in trouble financially. We are merely looking to create an exit strategy that suit our long term plans.
We will be reviewing our opening days with a view to reopening on Mondays again and of course, we will continue our regular markets.
At some point this year, we will call time on this shop and it would be lovely to have a legacy to leave behind. This is not a business for sale necessarily, but we would like somebody to take custody of our hard work with stock, contacts and vision, rather than another empty high street shop.
