🎨 We’re hiring a Studio Technician!🎨

ClayArt pottery studio is now run by Brandon Trust as a social enterprise, offering supported employment for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people to build skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful creative work.

In this role, you’ll:

👐 Support adults with learning disabilities and autistic people in a real working pottery studio
🎨 Help deliver paint‑your‑own pottery sessions, workshops, and events
🔥 Assist with kiln operations, glazing, and safe use of ceramic materials
👋 Provide friendly customer service in a busy studio
✅ Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and health & safety

Full training is provided. What matters most is being welcoming, organised, reliable, and willing to learn practical studio skills while supporting others.

Role details:
🕒 18.5 hours per week
📍 Plymouth

Brandon Trust is a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
