Alongside my Freelance EPA Assessor role for Painting & Decorating Apprentices, I’m also excited to be starting work as an Exam Invigilator this summer 📚✍️
It’s going to be a very busy summer ahead… but I’m genuinely looking forward to this next chapter and all the new experiences that come with it 😊
From supporting apprentices through their End Point Assessments to helping ensure professional exams run smoothly, I’m proud to continue working in roles that support learning, achievement and professional standards 💫

Today we celebrate the strength, creativity and resilience of women everywhere.
Throughout my journey with Eliza Tay, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly incredible women—both in business and in life. From skilled decorators to supportive clients and inspiring colleagues, I’ve been surrounded by women who lift each other up and make amazing things happen.
As I move into my next chapter with Eliza Tay Quality Assurance, supporting standards and development within our industry, I remain incredibly proud to be part of a community where women continue to grow, lead and inspire.
