A complete flooring transformation from preparation to the final detail. 👌
This project is a great example of what we do at DRW Flooring — managing the entire flooring package rather than simply supplying and fitting the finished floor.
The ground floor started with full subfloor preparation, including mechanical grinding to remove high spots and imperfections, followed by priming and smoothing with ARDEX Arditex NA to create the correct surface for the finished flooring.
We then installed Amtico Spacia Alverton Oak in a large parquet design, finished with a bespoke border and Mirabelle Crema stripping. The border work around the staircase and curved bottom step is a detail we’re particularly pleased with — everything has been planned to follow the shape of the property and give the floor a properly considered finish.
Upstairs, we supplied and installed two premium carpet finishes:
Westex Elysian Divine – Travertine to the main carpeted areas, giving the rooms a soft, luxurious finish.
Westex Undyed Loop – Butterwick Chai to the stairs and landing, paired with premium underlay and antique bronze Premier Stairrods for the finishing details.
From grinding, priming and latexing, through to LVT, parquet borders, carpet, stairs and finishing trims, our team can take care of the complete flooring installation from start to finish.
