Two bed flat refurbishment. Complete redec, old woodchip wallpaper removed from walls and ceiling, new lining paper hung. All woodwork sanded and painted. New internal doors fitted.
Bathroom gutted, removing all old lead and steel pipework throughout the flat. New plumbing installed throughout including a mains shut off valve as previously there was none, had to isolate outside on road.
Old tiles and in the end, plaster removed from bathroom.
Towel radiator fitted, previous there was no heating in bathroom.
1500mm bath fitted with bath mixer, and shower. Vanity unit and toilet, after replacing rotten floor and joists, previous toilet had been leaking.
kitchen cupboards repositioned, new worktop, sink and mixer tap fitted. All cupboard doors replaced and new handles fitted.
All radiators replaced, all sized for correct heat output.
New carpets throughout. Vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom.
New blinds fitted throughout.
