Another art drop for the weekend! I have four amazing pieces full of vibrant colour to bring some life and beauty to your walls.

First up is an acrylic on paper of an abstract farm and landscape by a British artist named David Price (mid-20th century?). I love the colour and the texture of the clouds! It is framed and glazed, and is 81 x 63cm.

Second is another by the same artist - David Price - of a historic and atmospheric city scape. I can imagine the bustle, smells, and sounds. It is framed and glazed and is 78cm x 60cm.

Third is a sweet unsigned and unframed mid-20th century still life of irises and fruit I picked up in France this summer. It’s an unusual size and composition, and is oil and acrylic on canvas, and is 61 x 38cm.

And lastly is my favourite- another acrylic on paper by the above artist - David Price - of the now demolished Blue Cockatoo, one of England’s first bistros bass in Chelsea which was frequented by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh, Margaret Morris, and Eric Gill among others. It was demolished to build ‘luxury flats’ in 1962-1967. This piece is framed and glazed, and is 62 x 53cm.

Two new art pieces from this summer’s excursion to France:
First, a hunting tapestry that I’ve adapted into something I would hang in my own house (French needlework tapestry with mixed media; 120x59cm, framed)

and then second, a lovely naive pastel on paper of a sea pike/gar that I just had to have when I saw it (initialled, dated, framed, and glazed; 95x35cm)

I don’t expect either to hang around long, so DM me if interested.
