Pink elderflower cordial …I found a pink elderflower bush near my home ….can’t believe I’ve walked past it for years and not spotted it before. Ironically I just bought an expensive plant of this and planted it out at the plot but it died in a strimmer tragedy 😩. I wasn’t sure how pink it would make the cordial as the flowers are quite a muted pink but I’m impressed with the beautiful colour of the cordial. Here’s a comparison on pink flowers on left and normal white on right.

This a my new favourite chrysanthemum Pip Salmon from which has red undersides to the apricot pink petals which are flecked with darker red.

Autumn and Still so many flowers. Chrysanthemum are in full flow now. .
