Meet Paul 👋🏻
Paul had been in the flooring industry for 35 years . Before moving into estimating, he worked as a skilled floor layer, giving him extensive hands-on knowledge of flooring installation, materials, and site requirements.
Paul worked alongside Tom when he first entered the flooring trade. During those early years, Tom learned a great deal from Paul, whose expertise, workmanship, and industry knowledge helped shape Toms understanding of the profession now .
Paul also had a lot off patience for the 18 year old Tom who would roll out off bed after a heavy night clubbing into Paul’s van 30 minutes late 🫣😂 … we appreciate you Paul !!!
