The Blanket Book Knitting is a peaceful pastime which has numerous health benefits. My book contains simple patterns.

The Blanket Book will be the first book I have ever published. It contains some simple knitting patterns that beginner knitters can follow, together with comment on the underlying therapeutic benefits that knitting and knitting groups can offer.
