This little chap has been named ‘Dave’ by the lady in a care home who knitted him. I finished off with his features but this is amazing considering the maker is blind and knits by feeling the stitches.

We had a great time with a good group at Parker Meadows carehome in Fareham. Lovely place, lovely residents who knit beautifully.

We had a lovely time at Needles and Pins Knitting Group at Cosham Baptist Church on Friday. We knit for charities or friends or ourselves! These toys went to Kids Clothesline, a local charity helping children who live in families with low income and the mice went to the Cat and Rabbit Rescue charity in nearby Siddlesham for their summer fayre. Well done Sue and Janet, lovely knitters! Everyone is welcome on the last Friday of each month 10-12.

Cosham Baptist Church Needles and Pins knitting group meet on the last Friday of every month 10-12. All welcome. When I delivered these blankets to the Baby Bank, they were delighted. Thank you to all our lovely knitters.
