This is a classic example of go with a mixture of what you want and what’s practical.

A soft touch saxony in olive for the bedroom, a heavy domestic hard wearing bleach cleanable on hall, stairs & landing and a classic tile design in a felt back vinyl flooring for the bathroom. All carpet areas included new 10mm underlay & gripper, and new thresholds.
