Was a real refresh on this one with plenty of preparation involved to get everything looking right. Power sanding the walls, raking out and filling cracks, raking out around the stairs, skirting boards and the top edge of the stringers. All the woodwork was undercoated and glossed, with two to three coats of durable white matt emulsion applied to the walls for a long-lasting, quality finish.
Preparation is what makes the difference, and this one came up spot on. Finished to a high standard and another top-quality result.
Top, top customer as well—looked after me from start to finish. Really appreciate it. 🎨💪

Wasn't too sure how well I could get these walls looking at first, as the plaster was much more damaged than I originally thought. I'm really pleased with how this one has turned out.
There was a huge amount of preparation involved—power sanding, filling, repairing and all the work that people don't usually see. It takes time, but proper preparation is what makes the finished result look as good as possible.
The customers were over the moon with the transformation. They were lovely people and kept me well supplied with drinks in the hot weather, which was much appreciated. Feeling very grateful.

Another recently completed project! 🎨
This full hallway and landing has been completely transformed. The existing wallpaper was fully stripped, the walls were power sanded and filled to create a smooth finish ready for decorating.
The skirting boards came away with the wallpaper during stripping, so they were carefully repaired before being undercoated and glossed. All ceilings were finished in a fresh white matt emulsion, the walls were fully re-papered, and every piece of woodwork was power sanded, wood-filled, caulked, undercoated, and glossed to a high standard.

On and off with the weather on this one at my aunt's house! 🎨
Years and years of neglected preparation had led to heavy rust, flaking paint, and failing coatings. As always, I take great pride in my work and believe in doing the job properly rather than just slapping paint on and hoping for the best. Quality preparation is what makes a paint job last, and that's why I charge accordingly. In this trade, you really do get what you pay for.
This project involved many hours of preparation: hacking away rust, scraping back loose paint, extensive power and hand sanding, thorough cleaning, followed by undercoating and finishing the metalwork with black Hammerite. The masonry at the front also painted with the unpredictable weather, but we worked around it and got the finish we were after.
Really pleased with how this one has turned out, and it should now be protected and looking great for many years to come. 🙌🎨
