STAGING TO RENT... you might not think it's worth the investment or effort in a very fast rental market. In this location there are slim pickings so properties are snapped up quickly even without staging. However, this was our own renovation property and we wanted to ensure the best value possible with the mortgage surveyor, especially as we are hearing a lot of properties are currently being down valued.

It worked!... valued at £10K more than we expected 🎉

PURCHASED generally include wallpapers, window treatments and light fitting. RENTED show homes don't. Howver, we do advise on paint colours and all these items can be added on to a rented scheme as a purchased extra.

BOTH include carefully curated furniture and great attention to detail. ALL tailored to the property, the budget and then target market.

The main BONUS of PURCHASED is that the design and the choices are all bespoke to your property/brand. It's also cost-effective long-term.

The main BONUS for RENTED is that its more cost-effective short-term and you don't have to deal with the contents of the home once it's sold.

THE BEST ROOM IN THE HOUSE...
The kids think it is anyway.

It's not often you get chance to create a dedicated playroom, so we had great fun putting this one together to help sell the rather large property aimed a families.

As always we try to be environmentally conscious. Too many fluffies end up in landfill so we were delighted to find two fabulous organisations who rescue and rehome thousands of fluffies, sending them out on lots of new adventures. Our rescues love their new life going out on modelling assignments. They take their job very seriously.
