Introducing Our New Customer Portal
We’re making it easier to manage your bookings with Mellor’s Cleaning Services.
Every customer will receive a private login to our new web app, where you can:
View upcoming and completed jobs
Read, download and keep track of invoices
View and respond to quotes
Send us messages and photographs
Receive job updates and before-and-after photos
See our estimated arrival time on your cleaning day
Follow our live location while we’re travelling to your property
Your location tracking link is private. It only operates on the day of your appointment and stops once the job has been completed.
The portal works on phones, tablets and computers, and you can add it to your phone’s home screen for quick access.
Existing customers will receive their private login details by text message or email. Please keep these details secure.
This is another step towards making our service clearer, quicker and easier for our customers.

📢 CUSTOMER NOTICE – PHONE NUMBER / EE ISSUE 📱

Just a quick heads-up for all my customers regarding my business phone number.

I've been with EE for over 7 years, and I'm currently having an issue with my phone bill. I have a spend cap on the account which I personally put in place, so how they've managed to come up with this is beyond me 🤣🤦‍♂️

I'm out of contract anyway, so depending on how this gets resolved, my current number will either be transferred to another provider or changed completely.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR CUSTOMERS

For the time being, if you receive a text from my usual number containing the regular message you normally receive from me, then it IS me. 👍

If you receive anything different, unusual, or a message you don't recognise, please ignore it and don't respond.

I won't be changing the usual messages I send customers until I've posted an update on this page confirming that everything has been sorted.

If my phone number does change, I'll also post the new official number here first so everyone knows it's genuinely me. But most probably will get the usual message from a different number until I get this sorted hopefully tomorrow.

Apologies for any inconvenience and thanks for your understanding and continued support. It's much appreciated! 🙏

When I haven't been working physically I've been working on this. Which will soon be ready to be deployed.

Mellors One is a self-hosted business management platform for cleaning and property service work. It combines CRM, job scheduling, route planning, customer portals, quotes, invoices, payments, messaging and accounts reporting into one private system. Holiday Notice – Schedule Update

I will be away on holiday from 29th May to 6th June.

To keep everyone up to date, please see the temporary changes to the schedule below:

• Week commencing 25th May: All cleans will be brought forward by one day for this week only (e.g. Tuesday customers will be cleaned on Monday).

• 1st June – 5th June: All cleans during this period will be moved forward by one week. In some cases, these may remain on the new schedule going forward, depending on how the timetable works — I’ll confirm with those affected.

I appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and I’ll ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible around these dates.

Not a popular post. But I'm one guy trying to run a business.

Just a quick but important message to all customers.

I always aim to provide a reliable, professional service and I genuinely appreciate the support from those who pay promptly and keep to their bookings.

However, I’ve recently had an increase in late payments and last-minute cancellations. Over time, this is adding up to a significant loss (around £500 a month), which has a real knock-on effect on running the business day to day.

Going forward, I kindly ask that:
• Payments are made promptly after your clean
• As much notice as possible is given for any cancellations or changes

Please understand that repeated late payments or last-minute cancellations may result in being removed from the round, as I need to keep things fair and sustainable for all customers.
