Laundry rooms on the first floor? We think they’re essential! 🧺✨

Busy lives need clever design — and future-proofing your home means thinking about how you actually live in it.

Why carry baskets of washing downstairs, only to lug everything back upstairs once it’s clean and dry? Our bedrooms, dressing rooms and seasonal rooms are upstairs… so why shouldn’t the laundry live there too?

And let’s be honest — why have your laundry competing for space with cooking, entertaining and food preparation in the kitchen? A dedicated first-floor laundry room or laundry area makes perfect sense for modern family life.

At KAM Design, we don’t just design kitchens. We design your lifestyle.

☕ We sit down with you over a coffee.
🏡 We learn about you and your family.
📐 We understand how you use your home.
✨ Then we design spaces around the way you actually live.

Because great design isn’t just about how your home looks — it’s about how effortlessly it works for you.

KAM Design — designing your home around your lifestyle.

Honest conversations create the best results.

When it comes to planning a new kitchen, being open about your budget from the very beginning helps everyone. Clear communication on both sides removes confusion, avoids misunderstandings, and gives us the opportunity to explain exactly how pricing is calculated.

A budget isn’t a barrier—it’s a starting point. By understanding what’s most important to you, we can often make thoughtful compromises that achieve the same overall look and functionality while staying within your desired investment.

At KAM, we don’t build kitchens around what we want to sell. We build kitchens around what our clients can comfortably afford. Our goal is to provide complete transparency from the very first conversation, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

The best kitchens aren’t always the most expensive—they’re the ones designed with honesty, trust, and your budget in mind.

We’ve had a surge of enquiries lately from people who’ve been left frustrated by their experience with other retailers…

From unexpected price increases at the final stage, to projects that drift away from the original vision, or even plans that looked great on paper but simply didn’t work in reality — we’ve heard it all.

By that point, contracts are signed and money has changed hands. It’s too late.

That’s not how we operate.

We believe in being clear, honest, and transparent from day one — especially when it comes to budget, expectations, and what’s actually achievable. If something won’t work, we’ll say it. We won’t gloss over issues or pass problems down the line.

From initial idea to final result, we guide you properly — with accountability at every step.

We value honesty, integrity, and respect for your space and your budget. We won’t promise the world and deliver disappointment.

If you’re unsure, keep following our journey — and hear directly from our clients about their experience.

Because in our business, your trust matters
