Hey folks!
Good morning to you ☺️ I made this lovely fudge yesterday...it's a highly requested rum & raisin recipe. This one is alcohol free, since I used rum flavouring rather than actual rum! But you could use rum if you wanted to.
I've filmed this for the channel...and this will be up at the end of the month.
It's nearly all gone can you believe!!! And this recipe makes A LOT of squares 😆
Just about to start filming Christmas recipes...yes! Christmas 😂 Feels a bit too soon lol.
We are going down to York again, just for a few nights, in November...So I like to be ahead with recipe videos if I know we are going to be away.
The famous York Christmas markets will be on, so it should be nice and festive 🧑🎄 Bonus if we get snow! Unfortunately we rarely get snow where we are on the west coast of Scotland...we are right next to the sea 😭 But a love a snowy Christmas :)
If we're lucky enough to get snow whilst roaming through the streets of York...I image it will look like something from a Dickens novel 🥰 with all the old wonky buildings and cobbled streets! Fingers crossed.
I've also got some home made Bounty bars, apple & cinnamon scones and square sausage stovies coming up too!
