When Jacqueline was diagnosed with scleroderma in 2025, she experienced first-hand just how important support can be 💚

As the owner of Topstitch, she is putting her brilliant skills to use and aiming to raise £1000 for SRUK through her creations!

Update! All our keyrings have gone! Thank you to everyone who contacted us and showed their support 👏

A huge thank you to Jacqueline for turning her creativity into support for people affected by and 💚
