𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞…
I was suffering last week but in those times its important to reflect on the things that made me 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲.
It made me reflect that its actually all the little things that can make such a big difference when you're not feeling your best ☺️
Like Anna bringing me round some Maltesers 🍫
Or that I had a sofa to lie on and a roof over my head 🏠
Its the smallest things, that really do mean the most.
Like a cuddle or a message from someone that genuinely cares for you even though you can't return your energy back to them at that point.
In some ways I was surprised, but really I shouldn’t be, that so many of our Community reached out and wished me good health and well wishes ❤️
It was so nice to be appreciated and thought of.
It made me want to get better as quickly as I could to get back to doing what I love.
I don't know about you, but I find my biggest happiness in having a purpose.
It drives me to get up each morning with a smile on my face.
And although yes, that early start can sometimes feel like a mission in itself, once I'm up its all worth it.
I am unbelievably privileged to be able to assist helping people to fulfil their potential in more ways than just their fitness.
Its important also to understand that fundamentally, happiness comes from you.
Its all relative.
As sometimes we have to have adversity, sadness, sorrow and frustrations to make us appreciate the most precious and happiest times in our lives.
So remember to appreciate the little things in life just as much as the big 🙌🏼
