I run classes for beginners, all the way through to avid crafters, as well as Scrapbooking workshops and Retreats. I am currently running classes by post, and on-line, but hope to eventually be able to meet up again in person. I have run Laugh & Craft, a weekly group for anyone to come and craft and learn new creative skills, for over 10 years at my church, Emmanuel, Woodley, UK. I am married to Andy (we celebrate 35 years this year) and our family consists of our son Graham, and our daughter Hannah, who last year married Dan. We have two rescue dogs - our old boys are Sid, a 13+ year old lurcher, and Rocky, a 12 year old border collie. They love coming away with us in our motorhome and we wouldn’t be without them! They love to meet people and always greet my team with joy (and a nose in any pockets that may contain dog treats!)
I first became aware of Stampin’ Up! at a craft show, where I fell in love with the quality of the stamps and punches, and the gorgeous colour combinations on offer. As with so many of my fellow demos, I only joined for the discount! I didn’t realise at the time how much joy I would get from showing and teaching my friends to release their own creativity. It has been a pleasure and a great honour that my friends have encouraged me by coming back for more! Many have become customers or joined my team of Creative Crafters, and together we have had a lot of fun, learning from one another. I have visited some incredible places and met some amazing crafting people during my journey with Stampin’ Up!
