This fabulous spa design utilises modular buildings - it has been created for a very restricted space in a beautiful courtyard for a hotel in the South of England!

Day 3. We took a local bus to visit Norways largest and most prestigious Spa. ✨ A day of pure recharge at The Well, Oslo ✨
From the 11 pools and 15 saunas and steam baths to the quiet corners perfect for reflection—it’s the kind of place that reminds you how good it feels to slow down. 🌿💦

Visiting as spa designers, we found it especially inspiring to see how thoughtfully the spaces are created to guide guests through different moods and experiences. The blend of natural materials, lighting, and flow made the whole journey feel seamless and immersive.
And the reason the photos are limited is because not only do they insist on a digital detox so no phones - but it is also recommended to go without your swimming costume - texture free!

If you ever need a reset in Oslo, this is the spot.

This trip looking at all types of saunas - New find ! Barrel saunas made from a giant Norwegian whiskey barrel designed in an oval shape to fit more easily onto a ship for transport.
