I will post separately about the landscape kit that I promised to sort but this post is about the skies and other images I use in my work. Lots of you have asked if I sell these. I don’t usually but I am creating a few packs for sale. They will include an A4 sheet with three different skies ( as shown below), along with a further 3 A5 sheets. of hares, owls, houses or dogs ( 2 and a half sheets in total) They will be printed onto either PFD fabric or some textured cotton that I am currently using which is a bit thicker but creates really nice blurry skies. And they will all be ironed to A4 sheets of slightly thicker bondaweb so that you can just iron onto your backing fabric ( the figures and houses will need to be cut out first.
I am going to make a start on these this week so will you please message me if you want to reserve a pack. They will be £25 inc postage and I will only be preparing about 10 packs as they absolutely knacker my printer! 😂😬

Indulging my inner child today …. Playing with free motion and machine stitches and lace and scrim….. and if you check the last photos you can see I’ve managed to recover a piece I got too carried away with! 😂 These will be framed later today and a couple will be winging their way to Warwickshire Artisans or onto my Folksy shop!

I still have a couple of places for the next whimsical landscapes workshop Warwickshire Artisans near Henley in Arden. Choose to add a hare, an owl, a cottage or a dog plus some quirky text to make a totally I our piece of art. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced free@motion sewers. ☺️

Who let the dogs out!! Sunset skies. Slivers of green fabrics and lots of free motion doodles plus a few machine embroidery poppies! These beauties will be framed later and then available in my folksy shop!

Using the fabrics I painted yesterday. I’ve created a background of plain silk strips that are just machined in place. Then add some quirky trees and some free motion! Very therapeutic!
