The Wood Workshop

22/10/2024

If anyone requires a parcel box please feel free to message about buying one of these two (or both) they were made a while back with the intention of putting them in our little shop space - but they’re a bit big for the shelves!! If they stay in the workshop they’ll become somewhere else for me to keep more stuff that I probably won’t use so help me out😂😂

Back in the workshop today after a lovely week spent on the Norfolk broads. There was kingfishers, otters, shooting stars, the starlink satellites and even a sonic boom! But then there was also this damn heron harrassing us all week!!!!
Anyway, time to make a start on these hedgehog houses🦔🦔

11/10/2024

And relax… The workshop is now closed for one whole week!
When we return I’ve been informed more hedgehog houses are a priority - must be due to the colder weather🥶. Also, we’ll be setting up the new laser ready to put to work soon⚡️
Please feel free to message us if you would like to be added to the hedgehog house list😉

Ok, so the bird boxes didn’t make it as far as the shop - so here’s a couple of trays I’ve made that I’ll be taking to the shop👀
Visit our shop space in “THE BURROW” in Bungay, or contact us on Facebook.

Here’s a couple of our bird boxes that will be heading to the shop this week - if they make it that far! Always lots of interest in these which is nice.

That’s it, last job done. We are now on holiday for a whole week! You can still pop in to ‘The Burrow’ in Bungay to peruse and purchase our items while we are away😉

A little bit of carving and waxing this afternoon to make this key holder while waiting for paint to dry on other jobs. This will be available along with some of our other smaller items at “The Burrow” in Bungay, or message us on Facebook.

I believe the wood stain looks much better on this planter than it did splashed all over my legs after dropping it off the workbench!!😂

Been asked to make some parcel boxes recently, so if you need to keep those ‘essential’ deliveries safe from this glorious summer weather👀 feel free to message us.
