The railings outside the shop are the perfect place to dry my luscious looped hand dyed mohair. Folk have been takings photos in front of this colourful display. We are open all bank holiday so pay us a visit

Treat yourself to a day out, come and see us in Fleece at the bottom of the Green, grab an ice cream or a cuppa or some lunch in one of our lovely cafes or pubs and have a wander to see what our lively village has to offer.

Jo Garlick is one of our Central artists opening her studio this summer for North Yorkshire Open Studios..

Jo uses the versatility and immediacy of pastel to create characterful pictures of British wildlife and a broad spectrum of landscapes, inspired by the life and heritage of the area. She enjoys working outside where possible and further develops her work back in the studio. Jo Garlick Artist
