Another new addition to our collection, The Thistle and Bloom.

I have a soft spot for floral prints, especially those with muted colours that don't feel too pretty or fussy. When choosing this print, I loved the mix of soft pinks, blue greens and warmer tones. It has a lovely understated feel to it but still brings a colour and interest to a room.

I chose to make this one a lumbar cushion because I love how the longer shape makes a statement on a sofa or bed, whilst being extra comfy to curl up with. I've always preferred cushions that can move around the house rather than belonging to one particular room and I think this one looks just as lovely on a sofa as it does layered across a bed.

It's made from 100% cotton with the print on both sides and simple cream piping.

I could happily rearrange a shelves all afternoon and call it work.

A few antique favourites, some wonky handmade pieces, my favourite interiors books and a lot of faffing.

I always let one item lead. Here it’s the tall pot. Then I mix textures and heights with worn wood, brass, ceramics and books.

I have love the warmth and character that pattern brings to a bedroom, but equally, there is just something about a quiet more neutral space too.

That was really the thinking behind our Reverse Paisley Quilt. A beautiful, warm toned paisley on one side with a much quieter, more delicate print on the reverse.

Two quite different looks in one quilt, depending on your mood, the season or simply when you fancy a change.

Meet Margot Meadow.

I wanted this pattern to bring a little more interest to a room without demanding all of the attention. A soft, repeating floral in warm tones that is easy to layer with stripes and other patterns.

It works just as happily on a bed as it does tucked into a window seat, chair or sofa, adding pattern, texture and warmth while still feeling quiet.

Made in linen and cotton only and designed to be lived with for years, rather than a season.

Meet Betsy.

Named after my daughter, Betsy is my take on a paisley print. Designed to bring pattern, character and interest into a room without overpowering it.

Pattern can sometimes feel daunting, especially when you want a space to feel calm and considered, so I wanted Betsy to be a cushion that could stand out beautifully on a bed or sofa while still feeling easy to live with.

Made from a natural cotton and linen blend and finished with a generous frill, it’s soft, timeless and made with the quality and detail we always look for.

This one has been a long time in the making and I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

I have wanted to create a patchwork throw from all my favourite ginghams and checks for years and finally the Patchwork House Throw is the result.

A mix of soft, neutral cloths and cream ginghams and checks, brought together with hand stitched kantha stitching to give it that lovely textured, slightly time worn feel. The reverse is a simple oatmeal for the days when you want something a little quieter.

It’s one of those pieces that works almost anywhere. We love it layered over a bed, thrown across the back of a sofa or pulled around you as the evenings start to get cooler.

A very special one for me and I hope you love it too.

This Victorian oak writing desk has quietly lived a long life. Made by Holland & Sons, one of Britain’s most respected cabinetmakers of the 19th century, it carries the same maker’s stamp found on pieces created for Queen Victoria, the Houses of Parliament, and the British Museum.

We’ve restored it with care, not to erase its past, but to let its character shine through. The turned legs, the original handles, the hand-cut dovetails in the drawers, each detail speaks of the hands that shaped it more than 150 years ago.

We love statement heritage pieces like this and try to include them in every room we design.
