Tara Scholes Interiors "Based in the North East of England, I source old unwanted furniture and give them a new lease of life." I went on to complete a 2 year course in 3D Design.

After various studies in Fine art, Printing and Photography. I have a huge passion for everything vintage ,quirky, unique and homemade. All the items are refurbished using high quality materials and finished with a shabby Chic, Country home feel to them! A moodboard for me!
This is the look we’re going for in our living room. I want to keep it looking fairly traditional with period earthy colours being used.
I’ve tagged the items in the moodboard and created a little mock up image.
The third photo is of how it currently looks, which considering I’ve officially been here for 4 weeks and only actually lived here for 2 weeks due to holidays is a miracle that most things are unpacked 😅

When the light hits just right…..

The bathroom is the most already ‘done’ room in house, so not too much will be changing in here for a while. Although a mirror over the sink is a must 😅
The living room and kids bedrooms will be the first rooms to get a makeover. So watch this space!
