We’re a small, passionate team based in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire. This beautiful place is known for its peaceful landscapes, wild ponies and winding country lanes. Surrounded by natural beauty and a slower pace of life, we draw daily inspiration from the calm and charm of our surroundings. From our very own warehouse nestled here in the forest, every order is lovingly handpicked and carefully packed by our brilliant dispatch team. We take pride in doing things the right way with attention to detail and quality you can feel in every parcel we send. If you order multiple baskets, our team personally selects each one to make sure they work beautifully together. We check the weave, the handles, the shades and the sizing so that every piece complements the others perfectly all with the same care and attention we would give if we were choosing them for our own home. Whether you’re choosing just one beautiful piece or a whole collection, we’re here to help you create harmony and calm in your home with timeless, rustic wicker baskets that bring both style and simplicity to everyday living. We believe that when your home feels organised, life feels a little easier and a lot more beautiful. We’re more than just a team; we’re a group of friends who love what we do and who never miss a reason to celebrate! Across customer service, marketing and our busy warehouse, every department works together to make sure your experience with us is the very best it can be. Of course, Alfie our loyal office dog keeps spirits high and occasionally supervises from his favourite basket, especially when biscuits are involved! We love keeping in touch with our customers and sharing a little bit of The Basket Company life along the way. From behind-the-scenes peeks in the warehouse, to styling tips, new arrivals, and seasonal inspiration, our social media is the perfect place to stay inspired. You can find us on:
