Glow Lighting We're proud to specialise in fully customisable handblown British lighting. Built to last, our lights are designed to last for decades, not just a season.

Each light is thoughtfully designed by our founder and then handblown & crafted here in Yorkshire. Glow lighting produces a range of British made pendants and wall lights which have been lovingly designed and handcrafted. Step away from mass produced lighting, Glow will create something unique for your home or workspace. The lighting is all designed and created in Ripon, North Yorkshire. The components are sourced very carefully using British manufacturers, the majority of which are produced by local craftsmen. Having worked in the lighting industry for a British manufacturer for the last 16 years, lighting is my passion. To be able to bring my designs to life and create charming, unique lighting is a real thrill. We love sleek simple lines, elegant looks and a splash of colour.

Closed for the afternoon 🤍 The Glow team will be out of the office this afternoon to celebrate the life of Mary.

Our friend, our colleague and of course, Emily’s mum.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Mary or have ordered from Glow over the years, you’ll know just how much she was part of our little business. She touched every corner of Glow, from hand picking components to helping behind the scenes, she was always there with a story or wanting to know all the gossip! She was so loved and is so very missed.

Our ‘Mary’ light has always had a special place here at Glow, but now it means even more. It feels fitting that a light named after Mary will always be shining here with us, keeping a little piece of her at Glow.

We also wanted to say another thank you for supporting our recent Showroom Sale in aid of St Leonard's Hospice 🌻 . Words don’t really do justice to this wonderful charity, who cared for Mary and her family. We’re so grateful that together, we were able to support them in her memory.

Today, we’ll be celebrating the life of an icon! And in true Mary style, that means denim dresses, a little bit of leopard print and some bold earrings.

We’ll be back on Friday. 🤍

Bathrooms don’t have to be boring! This incredible project from Sue Murphy Interiors layers different shades of green with gorgeous antique brass accents. Our ribbed Wanda Lights work perfectly in this scheme.

We wanted to say a big thank you for the support on our Showroom Sale.

We were genuinely taken aback by the support from our community. Whether you reshared our posts, popped in to see us or chose a light for your home, we’re incredibly grateful.

We’re so pleased that we were able to shine a light on such a wonderful charity and donate all the proceeds to support their work.

We’ll now be working hard to get your orders packed and on their way to you. Thank you for your patience while we get everything ready.

We’re working on a very exciting project at the moment, which means our showroom stock is getting a refresh.

So, we’re giving some of our existing pieces a new home, all available at a special price.

PENDANT LIGHTS £60
WALL LIGHTS £60
DOUBLE WALL LIGHTS £120
+ £10 delivery

We’ve shared the available pieces on our stories. If you spot something you love, just send us a message and we’ll pop your name on it.

Every penny (exc vat) from the lights sold will be donated to St Leonard's Hospice 🌻 in York, a charity that is very close to our hearts.

A chance to take home a piece of Glow, while supporting a wonderful local charity.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
