This is what we mean when we say we stand by our work. 👌
We completed a full house of windows and doors for this customer, and as part of our service, we returned for their FREE 18-month composite door service check.
While we're there, though, we don't just look at the composite door and leave.
If we've installed a uPVC door, aluminium bi-fold or other doors as part of the project, we'll give those a check and service at the same time.
On this particular visit, the customer hadn't reported a problem, but while checking the back door I noticed the glazing beads were loose.
After investigating it properly, the beads weren't actually the problem — there was an issue with the door sash itself.
So we had a new sash manufactured, and today we're back fitting it. 👍
And that's exactly why we offer this service.
We're not here to install your windows and doors, take your money and disappear onto the next job.
We want what we install in your home to be as good as we can make it, for as long as possible.
Things can occasionally need adjusting or replacing — that's the reality with any product. What matters to us is that we're still here afterwards, we check our work, and we stand by our word.
