Hi there I'm Esther, one of the people behind HOT designs. We produce beautifully crafted products from our home here in Manchester. We pay particular attention to making sure that the products we produce are made to the highest possible standard. If ever we fail to live up to these standards please let us know. We would always much rather know about a problems and solve it for our customers than have an unhappy customer! The business started basically as a hobby, making the items at home. Gradually we improved them from frankly basic beginners candles, soaps and cards into excellent quality products. We wouldn't dream of selling something we think is substandard. Every product we sell is researched heavily to make sure they are the best they can be. Anything we are not happy about we reject and start again. Going forward we hope to continue expanding and trying new markets and products. If you have suggestions or feedback we would love to hear from you. We hope you like our products. If in doubt please give them a try and we promise if you are not happy we will refund both the cost and the postage. Esther.
