The completed bench project back where it belongs 🪴

Over 100 years in the family, here’s to 100 more 🙌🏻

The new planks will weather over time and additional stain is due to be applied in the coming months 🖌️

It might need some new slats here and there, but it’s great when customers coming to us looking to preserve and revamp what they already have 🪵

Terry has been hard at work reassembling the bench 💪🏻

Due to some of the planks being rotten on the joints, the bench has now been shortened to preserve the use of the existing wood 🪵

Two new planks have been sourced from and are awaiting routing to recreate the existing shape 📐

All being well, the bench should be reassembled fully by the end of the week 🤞🏻

The bench ends are now back from the powder coaters 🌲

The cast iron legs will be sent for stripping and powder coating whilst the wood will be rubbed down and re-oiled 👨‍🎨
