When we start a new year of trading it's always interesting to look back at the stats from the year just gone. During our first few years we only offered blinds, but having introduced curtains to our portfolio we have seen them become one of our biggest growth products year on year. In 2025 we sold over 1200m of soft fabrics for curtains, with over 200 pairs and singles passing through our workshop. A large proportion of the curtains we make up are large; typically ceiling to floor or full length. If you have the budget it's lovely to invest in made to measure curtains. Not only are they made to exactly fit your window/door, and of a far superior quality to factory made products, they provide options not available off the shelf: a wide choice of heading styles and lining options, and a huge choice of fabrics from a variety of suppliers. Undoubtedly they are an investment in your home and, as well as dressing your windows and doors, they can provide practical benefits such as room darkening and draft exclusion.
