Vanilla Bean Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream 🍦
This started as one of those “surely this won’t actually taste like ice cream” recipes… but honestly, it’s so good.
Creamy, vanilla-packed, and made with Greek yoghurt, so it has a bit more staying power than the usual ice cream crash.
No ice cream machine. No long ingredient list. Just a really easy freezer recipe to keep on hand when you want something cold and sweet.
We’ve been eating it with berries, spooned onto warm fruit, and straight from the container standing in the kitchen.
