**PLEASE READ, IMPORTANT UPDATE**

Firstly, thanks to all my amazing customers, all 5.1k of you! You lot truly are amazing and such a supportive lot, whats happening now is out of my control but we are trying our best to stop any impact on the business

Please be aware of this person called Rob who is claiming to work for Lee's Window Cleaning. Rob unfortunately done some work with one of the lads (Tom) who used to work for me, Rob has since started knocking on my customers doors asking to do work for them. Neither Tom or Rob work for my company, nor do they represent my company.

This has been reported to local authorities and they are fully aware of the situation, especially given the past crimes that Rob has committed.

This was all done behind my back as the lads work 'alone' and I was not made aware that Tom had been taking Rob out to work.

Please do not worry, there should be no impact on business due to this, we are just trying to cover our tracks and make people aware of the current situation.

Some people cannot go and do an honest days work and seem to try their best to ruin other people's businesses.

It has been brought to my attention that someone called 'Rob' is going around to houses in the local area, claiming he works for me (Lee's Window Cleaning), handing them a leaflet (see pic) with his details on, offering to clean their windows!

This person called Rob, DOES NOT work for me, nor represent my company!

The only people who work for my company are as follows

Myself, Lee Francis, Window cleaner/Bossman
Charmaine Lewis, Admin
Callum Kingston, Window cleaner
Luke Francis, Window cleaner
Jack Harvey, Window cleaner

Happy Saturday everyone, please have a quick read!

We have been very quiet on the social media front as we navigated through some crazy business times.

Whats been going on? We have had several van issues 🤪. My van was off the road for 8 weeks having been damaged by a local garage, this is now sorted, Callum Kingston van had the cam belt snap 😪, this is currently being fixed and should be back with us next week!

We have a new member of staff joining the Team, Jack, who will be working alongside me and Callum until he gets a van and hits the road! Once all the vans are back on the road, Luke Francis will be back out, taking us back to a 4 man team and getting ontop of the work again.

A big thanks to all our loyal and supportive customers who look after us on every visit with refreshments and goodies, you are all amazing!

We are still taking on new customers, however we are prioritising getting up to date with the regular customers first so there could be a slight delay in getting new customers booked in.

Anyone who had Tom as their window cleaner, please get in touch on 07403 254590 to get booked back in, as Tom no longer works for the company.
