Transforming a house into a home, one room at a time! 🏡✨

Taking on a large-scale property renovation can feel overwhelming, which is why we always strive to make the process as seamless and flexible as possible. For this extensive project, we installed premium Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) across the majority of the house and elevated the entryway with a beautiful, custom stair runner.

To minimise disruption, we worked closely around Claudia's schedule, prioritising the most important living spaces so they were perfectly finished just in time for Christmas, and wrapping up the remaining rooms in the New Year. Quick fitting, high-quality results, and zero stress.

Out with the old, in with the new!

A complete flooring refresh through this hallway and lounge/diner, replacing the existing dark vinyl with PlusFloor LVT in Lyon.

But a new floor is only as good as what’s underneath it.

We uplifted and removed the existing vinyl, prepared and screeded the subfloor to create a smooth, level surface, before installing the new LVT throughout.

The lighter wood tone has completely changed the feel of the space. It’s brighter, warmer and with a much more natural flow from room to room.

A recent commercial installation for KWS UK Ltd, where we fitted Polyflor safety flooring throughout their toilet facilities.

In a space like this, the flooring needs to work hard providing a durable, practical and easy-to-maintain finish, while being professionally fitted around sanitaryware, cubicles and all those tricky edges.

And we have to appreciate the commitment to the KWS branding… right down to the orange toilets! 👏

Herringbone looks effortless when it’s finished. Getting it there is anything but. 👌🏼

Fitting around a kitchen island takes careful planning and precision. The pattern needs to flow around both sides of the island and meet back up perfectly, without throwing the herringbone out of line.

Before any adhesive goes down, the herringbone is mapped out and dry laid, with everything carefully positioned, checked and taped together. Once we’re happy that the pattern flows and everything meets exactly where it should, it’s lifted again, the adhesive is applied and the flooring is laid permanently.

So, all that tape might look a little chaotic but there’s actually a lot of planning going on underneath it!

It’s this part of the installation you don’t usually see and it’s where the skill of an experienced LVT fitter really shows.
