There’s very little we can’t make.

Every piece that leaves our West Sussex workshop is handmade by our team — cut, shaped, sanded and finished by hand.
And while we have our own collections, we’ve always had the capability to go beyond them. Different dimensions, different details, or something completely bespoke to you. If you can picture it, chances are we can make it.

A little behind the scenes from the office today.

We’ve been quietly working on a website refresh at Ben Simpson, and today we’re redesigning our brochures to bring everything in line with the new look.

A more considered way of telling our story — from the materials we choose and the furniture we make, to the people and craftsmanship behind everything we do.

🐾 Milo’s Workshop Watch

Every Friday, Milo takes up his favourite position at Ben Simpson Furniture.

While the team are busy making furniture, Milo can usually be found keeping watch over the workshop, greeting visitors, checking in on everyone and making sure the day runs smoothly.

His favourite spot? Right by the packing bay, where he patiently supervises every order keeping the standards high.

Outside of work, you’ll find him visiting pubs across Surrey. Give him a follow over at Milo Chapman 🍺🐾

From the Garden Shed to Thousands of Homes

What began as evenings and weekends spent crafting furniture in a small garden shed with little more than a handful of tools, a commitment to solid timber and an unwavering belief in never compromising on quality, soon grew into something much bigger.

As demand increased, Ben was joined by long-time friend Luke Kiernan, who shared the same passion for thoughtful design, honest craftsmanship and creating furniture that would genuinely stand the test of time.
