Another recent one completed in Chester and this one was something special 👌

An amazing customer with exquisite taste and a serious eye for detail. From the first meeting, we knew this was going to be a standout project.

Without doubt one of the most complicated subfloor preps we’ve had to deal with… but that’s where experience matters. Getting the groundwork right is everything — and wow was it worth it.

That staircase is now a proper showstopper.

We had the carpet runner fully customised with a bold black tape border and it completely transforms the space. It adds definition, contrast and a whole new level of finish to the house.

Massive thanks to our fitter for delivering an absolute masterpiece on this one 👏 Attention to detail was spot on as always.

Kingsley job complete 👌🔥

COREtec Megastone Veeta down and it looks class.

The large tile format is what makes this. Bigger tiles = fewer lines = cleaner finish. It just flows. Makes the whole kitchen feel wider and more solid straight away.

You get that proper stone look…
But it’s warmer underfoot.
Fully waterproof.
No grout to scrub.
Perfect with underfloor heating.

Looks high-end. Works in real life.

This one ties in perfectly with the oak units as well — nice contrast without feeling cold.

Simple choice. Fitted properly by . Big difference.

Real wood herringbone hits different — and this one absolutely slaps 🤎🔥

We rebuilt this floor from the ground up:
✅ Liquid DPM for full moisture protection
✅ Smoothing compound for a dead-level base
✅ Flexible MS adhesive to lock every piece in tight

Then came the showstopper…
✨ Brushed & matt-lacquered engineered oak herringbone — rich texture, insane depth, and that natural real-wood beauty you simply can’t replicate.

And a huge shoutout to , our fitter, whose craftsmanship took this job to another level 👏 The details, the precision, the finish… unreal.

A lovely project over in Hale 😍

The customer loved this floor so much they just kept adding more rooms 😂 and who can blame them? This one’s a special order from exclusive Authentics range — completely waterproof, quiet underfoot, and looks unreal once it’s down.

It needed a bit of TLC underneath to get everything level, but the finish is spot on. The kitchen was put together perfectly by our friends 👌 — the two go together beautifully.

This one’s a real standout — Moduleo Laurel Oak Herringbone with a border detail running around the perimeter for that classic, high-end finish.

Full subfloor prep was carried out to bring the levels up and create a perfectly smooth, flat base ready for installation.

A big shout-out to our fitter , who’s done an incredible job on this one 👏 — the detail around the border and finishing is spot on.
